In addition to the internal advanced training in basic education, externally structured so-called "curriculum" advanced training is also offered. Travel, hotel and training costs are all paid for by us.

Education concept
To ensure a smooth process, you work from the beginning with a fixed concept that offers you a fixed structure. In this way, we provide you with high-quality training and early experience for the high-quality treatment of patients.
Teamwork is very important to us. After you have gone through the preparation month and become accustomed to the work processes, you will be assigned your first cases. Good preparation with the help of detailed treatment guidelines and a joint debriefing are a matter of course. In addition, you will be consistently assigned an experienced assistant who will provide you with optimal support in the sequence of treatment steps.
This enables you to build on your experience and perform the necessary procedures competently and professionally.

Regular debriefings and our fixed training concept thus also ensure a steadily rising learning curve over the long term. For state-of-the-art diagnostics and therapy, you are supported by modern medical-apparative equipment with CB computer tomography, laughing gas sedation, CAD/CAM dental prosthesis etc.

If you would like to specialize in an area after the basic training of 3 years, we will sponsor this training at our costs.
* Weekly working hours as desired from 20-50 hrs. or e.g. work 3-4 weekdays, only mornings, only evenings, Wednesdays off, etc. - we offer high flexibility in consultation.
