Training concept

To ensure a smooth process, you will work with a structured concept from the very beginning that provides clear guidance and a reliable framework. This allows us to offer high-quality training and early hands-on experience, helping you build the foundation for delivering excellent patient care.

At our practice, teamwork is a top priority. After completing your introductory month and becoming familiar with our workflows, you will be assigned your first cases. Thorough preparation using our detailed treatment guidelines, as well as collaborative case reviews, are a natural part of the process. In addition, you will consistently work alongside an experienced dental assistant who will support you throughout each stage of treatment.

This approach allows you to continuously expand your experience and carry out the necessary procedures with confidence and professionalism.

Regular feedback sessions and our structured training concept ensure a steadily increasing learning curve over the long term. To support highly advanced diagnostics and treatment, you will have access to state-of-the-art medical technology, including CBCT imaging, sedation techniques, CAD/CAM restorations, and more.

We want you to grow professionally, seek new challenges, and develop into a valuable and capable member of the CLINIUS team. Based on these principles, we have developed a supportive yet flexible training concept over the years. You will progress through it step by step, gradually gaining comprehensive expertise across the full spectrum of modern dentistry.

This ensures that, in addition to mastering the fundamentals professionally, you will also have the opportunity to pursue further specialization. We support you in finding your own individual path through the diverse world of dentistry. Alongside internal training during your foundational years, you will also participate in structured external “curriculum” training programs. We cover all travel, accommodation, and course expenses.

From Year V onward, you will have the opportunity to become a Senior Dentist.
